This is Jerry’s third show for the Chance and he seems to have found his niche. In all 3 of his outings he has played father figures to main characters. In The Pirates of Penzance, he was the Major-General, father of a large brood of young ladies. In Our Town, he played father to George, who, along with Emily, was the focal point of the show. Now, he is playing Pippin’s father, who has to figure out how to relate to a son he barely knows while still running an empire. He looks forward to playing fathers in future shows at the Chance. He’d like to dedicate this one to Ed.
