Artist Profile
Jim Book is serving as the technical director and scenic designer for this summer production of West Side Story. He has previously served as the technical director for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and both scenic designer and technical director for Annie with Chance Theater. Jim runs his own company, Handless Man Theatrics, and has a knack for building theatrical spaces. His theatrical building projects include the creation of the Maverick Theater in Fullerton. Jim is very grateful to Chance Theater for the opportunity to work on this incredible show.
