Tom Avery (Hedwig, they/them) is ecstatic you are here to meet Hedwig and the Angry Inch! Tom is a non-binary performing artist based in Los Angeles and originally from Seattle, WA. This is their LA and Chance Theatre debut! Recent credits: Miss Step (Jay, Developmental Workshop, Village Theatre), Heavyhead (Stheno, Lab Workshop, New Jersey Theatre Center), Newsies (Buttons, Paramount Theatre, IL), Godspell (Jesus, Northwestern) and In His Hands (Chris, Wirtz Center). A graduate of Northwestern University’s Theatre and American Studies programs, Tom is passionate about cultivating queer representation in media and all things music. Their new single “Ophelia” comes out on January 27th, find it wherever you get your music. Thank you to my incredible family, who are the reason no one will ever tear me down.
