Q: What is a “Dual Membership”?
A: Dual Membership allows two people in the same household to enjoy the benefits of the higher membership levels without the need of doubling the contribution portion.
Q: How do I make a reservation to a show?
A: You may reserve tickets at your convenience. However, you will get an email reminder to reserve your seat(s) two weeks before it goes on sale to the public.
Q: How do I make a return reservation to a show?
A: Once you’ve attended the show, you can make another reservation. You may only have one reservation per show at a time.
Q: What if my credit card or the expiration date changes?
A: To update this information, simply call the member hotline or the box office at (888) 455-4212.
